Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a system for detecting tampering of a document. In an aspect, the system can include storage of an original document along with its associated at least one digital certificate from at least one issuing authority at a server, and association of a unique identifier with the original document, wherein the unique identifier is also stored corresponding to the original document at the server. The system can further enable creation of another instance of the original document, wherein the instance of the original document includes the unique identifier such that a user of the instance of the original document verifies source and authenticity of the instance of the original document by transmitting the unique identifier to the server in order to retrieve the associated at least one digital certificate based on the unique identifier, and evaluates the retrieved associated digital certificate.
Abstract:
Disclosed are silk fibroin scaffolds that are fabricated with decorin proteoglycan, and methods of using these scaffolds in the repair of tissue defects in subjects. The scaffolds have biomechanical properties which makes them suitable for patient-specific design for defects where strong tensile strength is required, such as musculofascia reconstruction.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system and method for providing communication based on predefined authenticated configuration. The system includes a contextual scanning reader device providing a mechanism of automatic pre-authentication of user identity without requiring user to enter login ID and password. When an action is triggered on reader device upon scanning a machine readable code (such barcode, virtual symbol, NFC/RFID tag etc.), it recognizes digitally encoded data using a reader/scanner. The decoded information is identified and associated with plurality of third party servers for service related information. This decoded information is supplemented with user contextual information such as identity, location, preferences or any other related information to make it a complete or better context for a third party service pre-authentication. Once the user is pre-authenticated with this information it is transmitted to the third party server. The third party server verifies the information received and generates the associated input response on device via application interface.
Abstract:
Disclosed are nanoparticles for delivery of drugs and/or nutraceuticals that include a fibroin polypeptide and a drug or nutraceutical, wherein the nanoparticle has a diameter of about 1 nm to about 500 nm, and compositions of the nanoparticles. The nanoparticles may further include a chitosan, or a proteoglycan such as decorin. Also disclosed are methods of delivering a drug and/or nutraceutical to a subject that involve administering to the subject nanoparticles of the present invention. Also disclosed are methods of making the nanoparticles of the invention, and kits that include the nanoparticles of the invention.
Abstract:
A process of producing high purity trona concentrate includes crushing a mined raw trona (14) to form a crushed raw trona, and separating the crushed raw trona into at least two size fractions (16), wherein a first size fraction is larger than a second size fraction. At least two magnetic separators can be selectively independently adjusted (18,20) to optimize magnetic separation of magnetic impurities from the size fractions. Each of the magnetic separators corresponds to one of the size fractions, which can be separately introduced into the corresponding magnetic separators (22,24) to undergo magnetic separation (26,28,30), which removes magnetic impurities from the size fractions. A first high purity dry trona and a second high purity dry trona may be recovered from the first and second size fractions, respectively. Each of the high purity dry tronas may be combined to form a magnetically purified dry trona.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an oral pulse release pharmaceutical composition, which comprises a polymer matrix core, wherein at least one pharmaceutically active ingredient is distributed within the core and on the outer surface of the core. Amphetamine salts, among a number of other pharmaceutically active ingredients, can be formulated as a pharmaceutical composition described herein. The present invention also provides a method for preparing an immediate release component on a solid pharmaceutical formulation.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a system for initiating a call from a landline that is mapped to a caller mobile phone, wherein system includes a call request receipt module configured to, at a first computing device, receive, from the caller mobile phone, a call request comprising a caller identifier and a callee phone number; a landline determination module configured to, at the first computing device, determine the landline based on the received caller identifier; a landline based call initiation module configured to, using the first computing device, initiate a first call to landline number of the determined landline; a callee call initiation module configured to, using the first computing device, initiate a second call to callee phone number; anda callee connection module configured to conference the first call with the second call.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a contact information discovery method and device for automatically sharing contact information, comprising the steps of receiving a call on a first mobile device, wherein information associated with the call comprises a caller contact identifier, initiating searching of the caller contact identifier in communication log of the first mobile device and performing predetermined analyses, presenting one or more options for selection, on at least one of the first mobile device and a second mobile device, based on the predetermined analyses and exchanging predetermined set of information associated with the at least one of the presented option, with the second mobile device.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to system and method for providing ultra-quick audio/video messaging phonebook and delivery. The system includes an application server communicating with one or more communication devices phonebook application installed therein. The phonebook application configures device to displays all contacts including registered and unregistered contacts available in the memory. When a user selects and holds a contact, application initiates a short duration audio/video messages recording for the selected contact and detect whether the selected contact is a registered contact number or unregistered contact number of phonebook directory application. If selected contact number recognize as a registered contact, application automatically transmits recorded message to the selected contact via application server upon release of hold to contact. If selected contacted recognize as unregistered contact number, application automatically transmits a message containing an unique web link to phonebook directory web portal providing direct web access to recorded audio/video message. The system also provides smart delivery option of audio/video recorded message on recipient's device. The system detects present status of recipient's device based on information received from device sensors and user inputs, for playing audio/video message. In responses to detected status, an audio or visual alert is provided with further possibilities of hands free contextual engagement on the side of the recipient's device.
