The present invention includes the steps of receiving length information of a BCMCS component flow discriminator (BCMCS Flow Discriminator) configuring a BCMC service flow identifier (BCMCS Flow Identifier) and receiving information for a number of BCMCS component flow discriminators configuring the BCMC service flow identifier using a bit number corresponding to a value of the length information of the BCMCS component flow discriminator. Accordingly, the information for the BCMCS component flow identifier can be efficiently transmitted and received.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an anode active material, a non-aqueous lithium secondary battery including the same, and a manufacturing method thereof, which improve a battery life and high-rate capability of a non-aqueous lithium secondary battery that uses a carbon-based material as an anode active material. The anode active material according to the present invention comprises a carbon-based material, and a coating film formed on the surface of the carbon-based material by performing heat treatment using an ammonia-based compound. Here, the coating film may be formed on the surface of the carbon-based material through a thermal decomposition method using 10% or less by weight of the ammonia-based compound with respect to the carbon-based material. Since the surface of the carbon-based material is thermally treated using the ammonia-based compound, a side reaction of the carbon-based material with an electrolyte at the surface thereof can be suppressed and the structural stability can be enhanced, thereby improving a battery life and high-rate capability of a non-aqueous lithium secondary battery.

The present invention relates to a metal sticker for decorating an outer appearance of a portable communication terminal such as a portable phone or the like, or outer appearances of other objects, with a polished metallic feeling. A lustering or delustering process can be performed onto a portion of the metal sticker, and a process for coloring the metal sticker with a wide variety of colors can be performed without additional complex processes, thereby achieving aesthetic enhancement. The present invention also relates to a method for manufacturing the metal sticker. More particularly, the present invention provides a metal sticker comprising: a delustered or lustered thin metal sheet pattern having a bottom surface with a bonding layer; and a pattern layer which is formed of a delustered or lustered metal plating layer or a painting layer, and selectively exists on the outer surface of the thin metal sheet pattern. The present invention also provides a method for manufacturing the metal sticker.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method which involves projecting multiple point sources of light having a preset projection angle to a space, acquiring, as two-dimensional information, images of projected points created through the reflection of each point source of light from an ambient environment or from a surface of an object via one light-intercepting unit having a preset geometric relationship to a unit for projecting point sources of light, and recognizing three-dimensional characteristics of the ambient environment or of the object based on said two-dimensional information.
Abstract:
A method of allocating a mobile station unique number and method of configuring a public long code mask (PLCM) using the same are disclosed, which are suitable for a normal operation between the mobile station and the system. The present invention includes the steps of re-allocating a manufacturer code of the mobile station unique number to a mobile station and transmitting to the mobile station re- allocation type (RECYCLED_TYPE) information indicating how many times the re-allocating step is carried out. Accordingly, the present invention enables allocation of additional ESN without collision with PLCM even if ESN is exhausted.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a microcapsule with a fire extinguishing composition built therein, and a lithium secondary battery having the same; and is intended to reduce the risk of ignition or explosion by stopping the operation of the battery or lowering the activity of internal material when heat is abnormally generated by a malfunction or over-charging of the lithium secondary battery. A microcapsule for a lithium secondary battery according to the present invention comprises: a micro-sized cell wall which is made of thermoplastic resin and has a closed space formed therein; and a fire extinguishing composition contained in the closed space of the cell wall. Such a microcapsule may be included in at least one of an anode, a cathode, a separator, and electrolyte to fabricate a lithium secondary battery. Therefore, the lithium secondary battery usually operates normally. However, when excessive heat is generated by a malfunction or over-charging, the cell wall melts and discharges the fire extinguishing composition to the outside of the cell wall, thus stopping the operation of the lithium secondary battery and lowering the activity of the internal material, and thereby preventing the lithium secondary battery from igniting or exploding.

The present invention relates to a system for producing a polymer electrolyte fuel cell using biogas as fuel and to a method for controlling same. The system for generating polymer electrolyte fuel cell using bio gas as fuel according to the present invention comprises: a temperature and humidity control unit; a biogas refining unit which removes impurities such as siloxane and hydrogen sulfide from the biogas; a biogas concentration unit which concentrates the biogas such that the methane purity becomes 95% to 100%; a reforming unit which reforms the biogas to hydrogen to obtain reformed hydrogen fuel; a fuel cell unit which produces electric power using the reformed hydrogen fuel; an integrated control unit which controls the operations of the temperature and humidity control unit, biogas refining unit, biogas concentration unit, the reforming unit, and the fuel cell unit; and a gas analyzing unit which analyzes the biogas concentrated by the biogas concentration unit and which enables the biogas to undergo the gas refining and gas concentration processes again if the methane purity is not 95% to 100%. According to the present invention, the biogas consists of methane like natural gas, and is used as an energy source to produce electric power from a fuel cell, replacing natural gas in order to reduce fuel costs and thus reduce overall costs.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an anode active material, a nonaqueous lithium secondary battery, and a preparation method thereof. The surface of a carbonaceous material is modified without using an electrolyte additive, and the reactivity and structural stability of the surface is improved, thereby obtaining long lifetime characteristics without deteriorating charge/discharge efficiency and rate characteristics when applied as an anode active material of a nonaqueous lithium secondary battery. According to the present invention, the anode active material comprises a carbonaceous material, and a coating layer formed on the surface of the carbonaceous material through hetero atom substitution, wherein the hetero atom can be phosphorus (P) or sulfur (S). A side reaction with an electrolyte on the surface of the carbonaceous material is inhibited and the structural stability of the surface is enhanced by forming a coating layer on the surface of the carbonaceous material with a hetero atom such as phosphorus (P) or sulfur (S), thereby improving the lifetime characteristics and rate characteristics of a lithium secondary battery.
