Abstract: A method of coding/decoding a still picture is provided. The coding method includes transforming color components of image data based on a first color space into components on a first color space using an integer-integer color transform, and constructing frames for the transformed components on the second color space and coding image data of the frames. In the decoding method, the coded image data are transformed form the second color space to the fist color space and a dictionary-based decoding operation is performed.
