Abstract: The invention relates to a polymer composition comprising A) a high melt strength polypropylene in an amount ≥ 30 wt% and ≤ 90 wt% based on the polymer composition, B) an ethylene-based elastomer having a density ≥ 855 to ≤ 913 kg/m3, wherein the density is determined in accordance with ASTM D792 (2008), wherein the ethylene-based elastomer is present in the polymer composition in an amount ≥ 10wt% and ≤ 49wt% based on the polymer composition and C) a further polypropylene, wherein the further polypropylene is present in the polymer composition in an amount ≥ 0wt% and ≤ 60 wt% based on the polymer composition and wherein the sum of the weight of high melt strength polypropylene and the further polypropylene is ≥ 51wt% based on the sum of the weight of the high melt strength polypropylene, the further polypropylene and the ethylene-based elastomer.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a polymer composition comprising (85-100wt%) of a propylene copolymer based on the total amount of the polymer composition, wherein the comonomer in the propylene copolymer is selected from moiety derived from ethylene, an α-olefin having (4) to (20) carbon atoms or a combination thereof, wherein the amount of the comonomer is in the range of (0.50 to 4.5) wt% based on the propylene copolymer, wherein the fraction of melted propylene copolymer in the temperature range from (116 to 151°C) is in the range from (65 to 90) wt% based on the total weight of the propylene copolymer. The present invention also relates to expanded polypropylene (EPP) beads comprising said polymer composition. The invention further relates to the use of such EPP beads. The invention further relates to a process for preparing such EPP beads. The present invention also relates to an article made from said EPP beads. The invention further relates to the use of such article. The invention further relates to a process for preparing such article.
