Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for stabilizing a coefficient of friction gradient of a clutch in a motor vehicle, in which a drive train can be connected to an internal combustion engine by means of a clutch, and a torque is transmitted to an output, the drive train having an engaged gear. In a method that guarantees an almost constant positive coefficient of friction gradient, the clutch slips briefly when the motor vehicle travels in a low load range.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a belt pulley decoupler (1) for transmitting drive torque from belts of an auxiliary unit belt drive to the shaft of one of the auxiliary units, comprising: - a belt pulley (2), a hub (4, 4') which is to be secured to the shaft, and a series connection which is arranged in the drive torque flow between the belt pulley and the hub and consists of a decoupler spring (12, 12') and a wrap-around band (11) that extends in the direction of the rotational axis (13) of the belt pulley decoupler and is arranged radially between the belt pulley and the decoupler spring. Both ends (14, 17) of the wrap-around band should open out radially when the drive torque is transmitted, the first end of the wrap-around band (14), which extends in the drive torque flow on the belt pulley side, is braced against the inner surface (15) of a first sleeve (16) that is rotationally fixed in the belt pulley, and the second end of the wrap-around band (17), which extends in the drive torque flow on the decoupler spring side, is braced against the inner surface (18) of a second sleeve (19) which is rotationally mounted in the first sleeve.
