Abstract: The present invention provides a composition suitable for use in a building construction wherein said composition comprises water, a thickener, a pH stabilizer, a preservative, a coalescing agent, an anionic pre-polymerized binder, bottom ash, silica particle mixture, stone grit, a filler and an extender. The invention also provides a process for manufacturing of the composition. The invention provides the composition which is environmental friendly, Portland cement free, wet mix in ready to use form with extended pot life and shelf life. The composition prepared in accordance with the present invention is used as a mortar, a plaster/render, repair mortar, grouting mortar and as crack filler.
