A method of roaming in a packet communication system during a call is disclosed. The method of roaming has a scanning process and a connection process. During the scanning process, one or more available access points (AP's) are scanned-for. The one or more available AP's are prioritized into a prioritized AP list based on at least one criterion in addition to a received signal strength indicator (RSSI). During the connection process, a decision is made to roam from an existing AP to a new AP. A connection is made to the new AP, wherein the new AP is selected from the prioritized AP list. The present invention provides a storage shelf (312, 314, 316) in a RFID tracking system (100). In one embodiment, the storage shelf (312, 314, 316) is on a medical supply trolley (300). Each storage shelf (312, 314, 316) has two RFID antennae (340a, 340b) that are aligned substantially orthogonal to each other. Each RFID antenna (340) is tuned to a resonant frequency, and with a bandwidth below and above the resonant frequency. The bandwidth defines a Q factor such that the antenna (340) is insensitive to a conductor placed near the antenna (340).

An industrial vehicle where steering and on-the-spot turning can be performed by one steering cylinder and a rotating force can be transmitted with sufficient strength secured. On the left and right end portions of an axle body (30) are pivotably provided knuckles (38) with vertical shaft bodies (35) in between, and steering wheels (4) are installed on the knuckles (38). A steering cylinder (45) installed on the axle body (30) with a piston rod (45c) projected to both left and right sides is placed such that at least the piston rod (45c) is above the vertical shaft bodies (35). Each end of the piston rod (45c) and a knuckle (38) are relatively pivotably connected, with links (48) and connection pins (49, 50) located between the piston rod and the knuckle. The piston rod can be advanced and retreated by moving, above the vertical bodies, the links and the connection pins without being interfered by the vertical shaft bodies, and the one steering cylinder enables steering by a small angle and on-the-spot turning by a large angles. Linear links, which can provide sufficient strength, can be readily used as the links, and a rotating force can be transmitted to the knuckles with sufficient strength secured.

A probe combination for detecting cancer includes one or more sets of partial hepatitis B virus (HBV) targeting probes. When sequences of each of the sets of partial HBV targeting probes are aligned, an overall sequence of the aligned set of probes matches a reference sequence of a genome of a HBV genotype or a direct repeat (DR) region on the genome. In the aligned set of probes, each of the probes overlap with one or two adjacent probes by a portion of a length of the probe. The probe combination may further includes one or more sets of hotspot gene targeting probes targeting cancer hotspot genes such as CTNNB1, TERT, and TP53 genes, one or more sets of exogenous gene targeting probes targeting portions of a lambda phage genome, and endogenous gene targeting probes targeting endogenous genes such as GAPDH and GdX genes.

Provided is a therapeutic combination for treating cancer in a subject having a tumor. The therapeutic combination includes an immunotherapeutics for treating the cancer,and a peptide having one of SEQ ID NOs. 1-3 and being capable of selectively binding to CXC chemokine receptor 4 (CXCR4). When the peptide of the therapeutic combination binds to CXCR4, an immune microenvironment of the tumor is modulated and/or accessibility of immune cells to the tumor is regulated. A method for treating cancer using the therapeutic combination is also provided.
