Abstract: A cutting and harvesting assembly for an agricultural machine includes a structural frame. A central portion divider set is operably coupled with the structural frame and includes one or more central portion feed rollers. A first line divider set is laterally offset from the central portion divider set. The first line divider set includes a first pivoting frame, a first connection element operably coupled to the first pivoting frame and the structural frame, one or more first set feed rollers operably coupled with the first pivoting frame. A second line divider set is positioned on an opposing side of the central portion divider set from the first line divider set. The second line divider set includes a second pivoting frame, a second connection element operably coupled to the second pivoting frame and the structural frame, and one or more second set feed rollers operably coupled with the second pivoting frame.

O sistema também inclui uma pluralidade de seções de chassis frontais intercambiáveis configuradas para serem acopladas de forma removível à seção de chassis de base, com cada seção de chassis frontal tendo uma única disposição de chassis em comparação com o restante das seções de chassis frontais intercambiáveis de modo que cada seção de chassis frontal seja adaptada para fornecer uma configuração de colheita diferente para a colheitadeira de cana-de-açúcar quando selecionada para instalação na seção de chassis de base. Além disso, cada seção de chassis frontal inclui uma extremidade frontal e uma extremidade de interface traseira, com as extremidades de interface traseira das seções de chassis frontais intercambiáveis que definem uma porção de interface comum configurada para ser acoplada à porção de interface dianteira da seção de chassis de base.

Abstract: A Sugarcane Harvester with Modular Knockdown Assembly The present invention relates to a sugarcane harvester with a modular 5 chain driven knockdown roller assembly (21). The modular knockdown assembly implements single hydraulic motor (2) located at either side of the support arm (18) and covered with motor cover (4). A centered shaft (10) carries shaft sprocket (12) and the hydraulic motor (2) carries motor sprocket (11) at its shaft which transmits the rotational power through drive chain (8) 10 to drum centered shaft (10), where drive chain (8) located inside support arm (18). The single hydraulic motor (2) substantially saves hydraulic energy of whole hydraulic system of machine. The present invention further discloses mechanical control system and method for adjusting orientations of knockdown rollers (21A) for sugarcane harvesters by mechanical linkage (19). 15 Furthermore, the design of modular knockdown roller assembly is in such a way that it eases out task of the technicians to have maintenance at scheduled intervals.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a sugarcane harvester and more particularly it relates to a sugarcane harvester with an improved crop divider assembly. An improved crop divider assembly comprises inner scroll (2), scroll mounting crown (1), knockdown scroll (3), shoe (4), divider lower bracket (5), divider upper bracket (6), outer scroll (9), a pair of trimmer knives (11), mounting bracket (7) for the trimmer knives (11), driving or geroler motor (8, 12), and a pair of crop divider blades (10). The inner scrolls (2) are equipped with a mechanical treated torsional bars and the pair of blades (10) are installed just an offset to the tangency of inner scroll crop divider. The inner scrolls (2) carries the set of blades (10) and the mechanical treated torsional bars which while rotating does not let the trash wrap around the scrolls due to its close contact between blades and bar contact.

Abstract: In one aspect, a system for detecting crop levels within on-board storage of an agricultural harvester may include an elevator extending between a proximal end and a distal end, with the elevator being configured to carry harvested crops between its proximal and distal ends. The system may also include a storage hopper positioned adjacent to the proximal end of the elevator, with the storage hopper defining a volume configured to receive the harvested crops prior to such harvested crops being conveyed from the proximal end of the elevator to the distal end of the elevator. In addition, the system may include a fill level sensor provided in operative association with the storage hopper. The fill level sensor may be configured to detect a fill level of the harvested crops contained within the storage volume of the storage hopper.
