Abstract: Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Gebindepackung (10) aus Packungen (11) für Produkte der Zigarettenindustrie, wobei benachbarte Packungen (11) der Gebindepackung (10) untereinander wenigstens teilweise durch Leim (12) zu einer formationsstabilen Gebindepackung (10) verbunden sind. Die Erfindung ist gekennzeichnet durch folgende Schritte: a) die Packungen (11) für die Gebindepackung (10) werden zunächst entlang einer ersten Förderstrecke (19) transportiert, wobei Leim (12) auf erste Seitenflächen wenigstens einiger Packungen (11) aufgetragen wird, wobei die ersten Seitenflächen parallel zur ersten Förderstrecke (19) gerichtet sind, b) danach werden die wenigstens teilweise an den ersten Seitenflächen mit Leim (12) versehenen Packungen (11) für die Gebindepackung (10) quer zur ersten Förderstrecke (19) entlang einer zweiten Förderstrecke (21) transportiert, c) wenigstens einige benachbarte Packungen (11) werden während des Transports entlang der zweiten Förderstrecke (21) zur Anlage aneinander gebracht werden, sodass wenigstens einige Packungen (11) für die Gebindepackung (10) durch den Leim (12) auf den ersten Seitenflächen miteinander verbunden werden, d) in der zweiten Förderstrecke (21) wird Leim (12) auf zweite Seitenflächen wenigstens einiger Packungen (11) aufgetragen, wobei die zweiten Seitenflächen parallel zur zweiten Förderstrecke (21) gerichtet sind, e) die wenigstens teilweise mit Leim (12) versehenen und wenigstens teilweise miteinander verbundenen Packungen (11) für die Gebindepackung (10) werden danach quer zur zweiten Förderstrecke (21) an eine dritte Förderstrecke (28) übergeben, f) benachbarte Packungen (11) für die Gebindepackung (10) werden während des Transports entlang der dritten Förderstrecke im Bereich der zweiten Seitenflächen zur Anlage aneinander gebracht, sodass benachbarte Packungen (11) für die Gebindepackung (10) durch den Leim (12) auf den zweiten Seitenflächen miteinander verbunden werden zur Bildung der formationsstabilen Gebindepackung (10).
