Abstract: 本申请提供了一种硅酸锂玻璃陶瓷修复体及其制备方法,其包括配制基础玻璃料,将基础玻璃料通过熔制、水淬成玻璃熔块;将玻璃熔块烘干后研磨成平均粒径1-50μm的基础玻璃粉体,与色料和/或荧光剂混合后,经干压或等静压工艺后制成生坯瓷块;将生坯瓷块浸泡在高透光度染色液或低透光度染色液中,浸泡时间0.5-5min;将浸泡后的生坯瓷块干燥后在真空气氛中烧结,得到坯体;将得到的坯体通过热压铸工艺进行压铸,得到硅酸锂玻璃陶瓷修复体;或将得到的坯体进行洗削加工,再经终烧得到硅酸锂玻璃陶瓷修复体。本申请节约玻璃陶瓷修复体生产换线时间以及坩埚维修成本,提高了生产效率,更适合工厂规模化生产。

Abstract: A low-E (low emissivity) coating includes a multilayer overcoat designed for reducing fingerprints. The multilayer overcoat includes a layer comprising an oxide of zirconium (e.g., ZrO2) sandwiched between and contacting first and second layers of or including silicon nitride (e.g., Si3N4, SiOxNy, SiZrOxNy, or the like). The uppermost layer comprising silicon nitride modifies the surface energy of the layer comprising the oxide of zirconium so as to make the uppermost surface of the coating more hydrophilic, thereby reducing or minimizing interaction between zirconium oxide and finger oil to reduce fingerprints on the uppermost surface of the coating.
