    Abstract: A processing circuitry decodes a plurality of maps in 2D from a bitstream carrying a mesh frame. The mesh frame represents a surface of an object with polygons. The plurality of maps includes a decoded geometry map and a decoded attribute map with an adaptive 2D atlas sampling applied. The processing circuitry determines at least a first sampling rate and a second sampling rate according to syntaxes signaled in the bitstream. The first sampling rate is applied to a first region of the mesh frame and the second sampling rate is applied to a second region of the mesh frame during the adaptive 2D atlas sampling. The processing circuitry reconstructs, based on the plurality of maps, at least a first vertex of the mesh frame according to the first sampling rate, and a second vertex of the mesh frame according to the second sampling rate.

    Abstract: Media content may be adaptively (for example, selectively or partially) streamed based on temporal levels. The temporal levels may be indicated in a media content manifest (for example, a media presentation description (MPD)). For example, media samples for geometry-based point cloud compression (G-PCC) media content may be divided into temporal levels associated with temporal level identifiers. An MPD may indicate one or more adaptation sets associated with G-PCC media content. An adaptation set may be selected from multiple adaptation sets, A representation set may be determined from the selected adaptation set. An indication of a G-PCC descriptor associated with a representation of the representation set may be obtained from the MPD. Temporal levels present in the representation may be identified using the G-PCC descriptor, which may include a set of temporal level identifiers, The representation may be selected based on the G-PCC descriptor.

    Abstract: A method for presenting multi-view video data of a scene.     Abstract: There is provided methods and apparatus of encoding/decoding a point cloud sensed by any type of sensor following a sensing path. The method obtains coarse representations of sensed points and encodes the sensing path and the coarse representations. The sensing path and coarse representations of points are decoded, and points of the point cloud are reconstructed from the decoded sensing path and the decoded coarse representations.
