The invention discloses an integrated method for nitrogen-assisted carbon dioxide fracturing and development of shale oil reservoirs, comprising the following steps: fracture the target shale reservoir with nitrogen-assisted carbon dioxide; after fracturing, firstly inject carbon dioxide gas into the target shale oil reservoir, and then inject nitrogen gas to push the carbon dioxide gas into the further location of the oil reservoir; shut in the well in the target shale oil reservoir; after shut-in, open the well to implement depletion production; after the first cycle of production, the slug volume of the injected gas and the shut-in time are 1.5 times of those in the previous cycle in the subsequent production, and Steps 5 to 7 are repeated for each cycle. The present invention maximizes the recovery efficiency of shale oil reservoirs; in this way, carbon dioxide gas can be used most efficiently, making the development of shale reservoir more economical and efficient; the integrated fracturing and development design enables the field operation to be streamlined and standardized, and thus different departments to cooperate each other closer.

The Fe-based soft magnetic alloy can be represented by empirical formula FeaBbCcCud, and in the empirical formula, a, b, c and d are atomic percent (at %) of the corresponding element and are respectively 78.5≤a≤86, 13.5≤b+c≤21 and 0.5≤d≤1.5. The alloy has a high saturated magnetic flux density, excellent high frequency characteristics and low coercivity, and thus greatly facilitates the development of use as high performance/high efficiency small/lightweight parts. Since manufacturing costs are very low and the components contained in an alloy are easily controlled in an alloy manufacturing process, thereby enabling mass production of the alloy, the present invention can be widely applied as magnetic parts of electric and electronic devices such as a high power laser, a high frequency power supply, a high-speed pulse generator, an SMPS, a high-pass filter, a low-loss high frequency transformer, a fast switch and wireless charging.

Finding two or more consecutive CpG sites or SNPs on most cell-free DNA fragments is improbable or impossible. Cell-free DNA fragments longer than 600 bp may include multiple CpG sites and/or SNPs. The presence of multiple CpG sites and/or SNPs on long cell-free DNA fragments may allow for analysis than with short cell-free DNA fragments alone. The long cell-free DNA fragments can be used to identify a tissue of origin and/or to provide information on a fetus in a pregnant female.

The system includes an expansion sleeve that has arcuate portions. The expansion sleeve can slide onto the smaller outer diameter with the arcuate portions facing the tapered surface. A nut tightens to move the arcuate portions radially outwardly to apply force to the inside surface of a draw bar. The application of force causes the draw bar to be held tightly to the receiver tube and reduce or eliminate looseness or rattling during use.
