A recycling and synthesis of charge material for secondary batteries generates single-crystal charge materials for producing batteries with greater charge cycle longevity. Charge material particles undergo a heating for fusing or enhancing grain boundaries between polycrystalline particles. The resulting, more well-defined grain boundaries are easily etched by a relatively weak mineral acid solution. The acid solution removes material at the grain boundaries to separate secondary particles into primary particles along the grain boundaries. The resulting single crystal (monocrystalline) charge material particles are washed and filtered, and typically re-sintered to accommodate any needed lithium (lithium carbonate), and result in a charge material with larger surface area, higher lithium diffusivity and lower cation ordering.

The presently disclosed concepts relate to ultra-efficient EV battery recycling systems. Alkali metal extraction (and in particular lithium extraction) is accomplished using a solid electrolyte membrane. By using a solid electrolyte embedded in a matrix, alkali metals, in particular lithium can be (energy-wise) efficiently separated from feed solutions. The energy used to initially extract lithium from a feed solution is stored as electrochemical energy, which electrochemical energy is reclaimed in subsequent extraction processing steps. This energy storage and energy reclamation is performed in continuous ultra-efficient ongoing cycles. Since irrecoverable energy losses incurred in each cycle are limited to negligible amounts of joule heating of the system components and feed solution, the system can be sustainably powered using locally-generated renewable energy.

The disclosure discloses a high-speed spinning magnesium alloy and a preparation method thereof, the magnesium alloy has Mg—Al—Zn—Mn—Sr alloy with a high formability and high strength, and its chemical composition mass percentage is: Al: 2.4-4.5 wt. %; Zn: 0.6-1.2 wt. %; Mn: 0.4-0.6 wt. %; Sr: 0.15-0.3 wt. %; the balance is Mg. The present disclosure adopts the principle that by increasing the content of Mn in the magnesium alloy, a large amount of Mn-rich phase is generated during the alloy preparation process, and the degree of subcooling is controlled so that a fine spherical dispersed nano-scale Mn-rich phase is obtained during the solidification process. The nano-scale Mn-rich precipitate phase can pin the grain boundaries and inhibit the grain boundary migration to refine grains and achieve the effect of improving the strength. The divorced eutectic Mg17Al12 phase generated during the casting process will deteriorate the structure, so Sr is added to the alloy, Sr combining with Al to suppress the coarse phase of divorced eutectic Mg17Al12, refine the grains, increase the amount of eutectic, and reduce the risk of thermal cracking of large-size cast bars. In addition, Sr weakens the texture during the high-temperature spinning forming process and reduces the risk of cracking during the spinning tension, which is beneficial to high-speed spinning forming.

The present invention relates to a method of diagnosing cholangiocarcinoma through bacterial metagenomic analysis, and more particularly to a method of diagnosing cholangiocarcinoma by analyzing an increase or decrease in content of specific bacteria-derived extracellular vesicles through bacterial metagenomic analysis using subject-derived samples. Extracellular vesicles secreted from bacteria present in the environment are absorbed into the body, and can directly affect the occurrence of cancer, and cholangiocarcinoma is difficult to diagnose early before symptoms appear so that effective treatment is difficult. Therefore, by previous diagnosis of the risk for the onset of cholangiocarcinoma through metagenomic analysis of bacterial extracellular vesicles using human-derived samples according to the present invention, the risk group of cholangiocarcinoma can be diagnosed and predicted early to delay or prevent the onset of cholangiocarcinoma through proper management, and early diagnosis can be performed even after the onset, thereby reducing the incidence of cholangiocarcinoma and increasing the therapeutic effect. In addition, the progression of cancer can be improved or the recurrence of cancer may be prevented by avoiding the exposure of causative factors through metagenomic analysis for patients diagnosed with cholangiocarcinoma.

The present invention provides a system for allowing trains to upgrade from a “restricting” indication to an “approach” or “clear and accelerate” indication with an upgraded PTC track line for the segment.
