Abstract:
本发明提供具有高检测灵敏度的辐射检测器和辐射检测方法。本发明的辐射检测器包括：Al2O3基板；叠层在Al2O3基板上的Fe2O3薄膜；叠层在Fe2O3薄膜上，CoO2面相对于Al2O3基板表面倾斜而排列的CaxCoO2(其中，0.15＜x＜0.55)薄膜；配置在CaxCoO2薄膜上的第一电极；和位于CaxCoO2薄膜上，在CoO2面倾斜排列的方向上，配置在与第一电极相对的位置上的第二电极。
