一种锂二次电池包括：含有正极活性材料的正极；负极；以及非水电解液。所述正极活性材料是非晶，且由LixA[PaM1-a]yOz表示，其中，在该式中，A为Mn或Ni；M为具有比P低的电负度的玻璃形成元素；且x、y、a和z分别满足1＜x≤2.5，0＜y≤3，0≤a＜1以及z＝(x+(A的价数)+(P的价数)×a×y+(M的价数)×(1-a)×y)/2。
