Abstract(English):

Disclosed is an SPR sensor cell which is provided with an optical waveguide to be in contact with samples. The optical waveguide is provided with: an under cladding layer; a core layer, which is provided in the under cladding layer such that at least a part of the core layer is exposed from the under cladding layer; and a metal particle layer, which covers the core layer exposed from the under cladding layer, and which is to be in contact with samples.
