Abstract:
在本发明中，通过限制在以下温度范围内对高分子膜实施特殊的热处理，能够抑制在其后的石墨化处理时产生发泡，且即使提高石墨化升温速度也可以获得优质的石墨膜，其中，所述温度范围是指，高分子膜分解初期的从热分解起始温度以上的温度即升温下限值起、至高分子膜的热分解中间温度以下的温度即升温上限值为止的温度范围。
