The present invention provides a 6000 series aluminum alloy plate having excellent impact absorption performance for pedestrian (head) collision, as well as other needed characteristics for a hood inner panel of an automobile. After being baked, the 6000 series aluminum alloy plate has the characteristic of: a 0.2% yield strength of 80-160MPa, and a Head Injury Criterion (HIC) of lower than 1000 mm/s<2> obtained by FEM analysis. Thereof, the 6000 series aluminum alloy plate has excellent impact absorption performance for pedestrian (head) collision, as well as other needed characteristics for the hood inner panel of the automobile.
