The method comprises the steps of: analyzing wind power consumption in an off-peak period, wherein the wind power consumption analysis of the off-peak period includes obtaining a wind power effective capacity Ce; analyzing wind power consumption in a peak period, the wind power consumption analysis of the peak period includes obtaining a wind power guaranteed capacity Cg; calculating wind power PWmin consumed by a wind power system in the off-peak period; comparing the wind power effective capacity Ce with the consumed wind power PWmin in the load off-peak period, and adjusting the wind power consumption according to a comparison result; calculating a minimum wind power capacity PWmax needed by the system for maintaining the wind power consumption in the peak period; and comparing the wind power guaranteed capacity Cg with the minimum wind power capacity PWmax needed by the system for maintaining the wind power consumption in the peak period, and adjusting the wind power consumption according to a comparison result.
