The invention provides a method for transferring and taking nectar. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of selecting a sterile syringe; removing a needle head part; then, selecting a suction head with the proper size; trimming the suction head so that the suction head is in seamless assembly with the injector so that the suction head and the injector are firmly connected without air leakage; inserting the suction head arranged at the front end of the newly assembled injector into the bottom of a flower; immersing the tip end of the suction head into the nectar; upwards extracting and lifting a core rod of a connecting piston arranged in a needle tube so that the nectar in the flower can be sucked into the suction head and the transferring and the taking of the nectar can be completed. The method provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that the plastic sterile syringe and the suction head are used for transferring and taking the nectar; the materials can be easily obtained; the price is low; the carrying is convenient; the operation is simple; the method is particularly suitable for performing field test study.
