The interface is arranged at the cone top of the top plate of the operating mechanism box, a cone-shaped rain-proof umbrella skirt is fixed to the driving connecting rod in a sleeved way nearthe interface to seal the interface, and the skirt mouth of the rain-proof umbrella skirt is larger than the interface at the conical top plate of the operating mechanism box. According to the waterproof structure, the gather of rainwater at the top plate of the operating mechanism box can be effectively avoided, the rainwater can be quickly guided to flow around, thus the rainwater is prevented from flowing into the interface of the driving connecting rod, at the same time, the rainwater is prevented from directly falling into the interface of the driving connecting rod and the operating mechanism box, and the waterproof effect of the operating mechanism box is improved.
