The data simulation device comprises a control system, a system bus and a communication interface. The communication interface comprises a RS232-to-RS485 module, a RS232-to-M-Bus module and a low-power consumption meter communication unit; the control system receives test instructions and sends the test instructions to the system bus; the system bus selects the communication interface of a virtual table according to the test instructions; and a measuring result isobtained by measuring a virtual measuring signal of the virtual table by a tested device.
