Abstract:
本发明提供比表面积大、具有高电导率的硼掺杂纳米金刚石、包含硼掺杂纳米金刚石的电极、以及具备上述电极的传感器或蓄电设备。本发明的硼掺杂纳米金刚石的特征在于，比表面积为110m2/g以上，且20℃下的电导率为5.0×10-3S/cm以上。上述硼掺杂纳米金刚石的中值粒径优选为200nm以下。另外，本发明的电极的特征在于包含上述硼掺杂纳米金刚石。
