本发明公开了一种活塞杆的增材制造方法,在耐磨耐蚀合金层表面利用激光增材工艺熔覆一层厚度为1.80mm‑2.80mm的高硬度耐磨耐蚀合金层,耐磨耐蚀合金层的化学组成按质量百分比计为:0.3~0.6%C,1.02~1.68%S,0.51~1.00%Mo,0.61~1.80%W,0.05~0.15%Nb,2.3~3.61%Cu,1.32~2.80%Al,20.56~28.25%Ni,1.06~1.42%Ta,0.08~1.25%Mg其余为Fe和不可避免的杂质的金属粉末;高硬度耐磨耐蚀合金层的化学组成按质量百分比计为:0.05~0.10%C,0.55~1.31%Zr,2.3~5.68%Cr,0.61.31~0.85%Nb,15.22~19.25%W,2.3~3.61%Mn,1.35~2.81%Si,0.05~0.11%P,0.09~0.28%Ca,3.63~4.02%Ta,其余为Fe和不可避免的杂质的金属粉末。
