Abstract:
本发明提供抗静电部件，其包含：变阻器层，变阻器层具有埋入其中的平坦形状的多个内部电极；包含氧化铝的基板，基板与变阻器层叠层在一起；和端子，端子连接到变阻器层的内部电极并在变阻器层的侧面处形成。其中，变阻器层与基板烧结以使变阻器层的氧化铋在基板中扩散，在基板形成氧化铋扩散层。以此方式，可实现在保持变阻器的抗微小浪涌电压特性的同时，达成具有薄型构造的抗静电部件。
