The conductive thermoplastic resin film is characterized by comprising a thermoplastic resin and a conductive agent mixed therewith and by having a volume resistivity of 10 ohms.cm or lower as measured by the 4-pin probe measurement method according to JIS K-7194 and a moisture permeability of 10 g/(m<2>.24 hr) or less as measured at a film thickness of 100 mu m in an atmosphere of 40 DEG C and 90% relative humidity (RH) in accordance with JIS K-7129, method B.
