Disclosed is a method of treating cancer using nutritional support therapy by administration of a structured lipid containing both φ3 fatty acids and medium-chain fatty acids. The therapy may be used as total parental nutrition or as a nutritional supplement. The addition of tumor necrosis factor may also be beneficial.
