At both ends of the filter wrap (6), in the fastening zones of the filter wrap to the draining element (1), attachments (12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21) of stitches (10) are intermittently located in one or several of the first rows (11) of stitches and are offset in the circumferential direction in one or several rows of stitches at the end of each fastening zone. In another embodiment, the attachment (22) of the stitches at the end of the fastening zone is continuous in the circumferential direction. These steps allow the formation of partial or complete runs in the fastening zone of the filter wrap (6), so that it is possible to enlarge the filter wrap (6) before mounting it, but prevent the formation of runs outside a fastening zone.
