The invention concerns the use, for the preparation of drugs for use in the treatment of dermatosis, of compounds of the formula (I), in which one of the substituents R1 and R2 is hydrogen, C1-5-alkoxy or difluoromethoxy and the other is C1-5-alkoxy, C4-7-cycloalkoxy, C3-7-cycloalkylmethoxy, C3-5-alkenyloxy or C1-4-polyfluoroalkoxy and X is hydroxy or cyanamino, as well as their pharmacologically tolerated salts with bases.
