The device has a punching head (3), a fixed member (5) for supplying the elements (21) arranged in opposite rows to the punching head (3), and a rigid connection between the tappet channel of the punching head (3) and the concatenating station (loading device (4)). A loading bushing (26) acts as a loading device (4), taking up the elements (21) individually in a fixed orientation and then concatenating them in the head station.
