摘要: The present disclosure relates to systems, apparatuses, and methods for assembling cartridges for aerosol delivery devices. The cartridges may be assembled by coupling a base of the cartridge to a carriage that is transported via a track. The track transports the carriages between various substations at which one or more parts are added to the base. The carriage may be lifted from the track by a lifter mechanism at each substation in order to perform assembly operations on the base. An inspection system may inspect the cartridges at various stages of completion at or between the various substations.

摘要: The present application provides an assembly mechanism, a manipulator, and a fastener assembly line, belonging to the field of automatic manufacturing devices. The assembly mechanism includes an actuator, a first drive unit, and a first detector. The first drive unit is connected to the actuator, and the first drive unit is used for driving the actuator to move in a first direction, so that the actuator assembles a fastener. The first detector is used for obtaining a magnitude of a pressure acting on the fastener by the actuator and generating a pressure signal, and the first drive unit responds to the pressure signal to control the magnitude of the pressure acting on the fastener by the actuator within a preset range. The assembly mechanism of this structure can control force acting on the fastener by the actuator, thereby alleviating a phenomenon of inadequate assembly of the fastener due to too small force acting on the fastener by the actuator to ensure assembly accuracy of the fastener, and reducing a risk of damage to the fastener or a workpiece to be assembled due to too large force acting on the fastener by the actuator.
