A process for flocculating a diene polymer rubber latex produced by emulsion polymerization and thereby increasing polymer particle sizes to form a rubber latex (A) of enlarged polymer particles, which is characterized in that the enlargement is conducted mainly through the Brownian aggregation; a graft copolymer (B) of the rubber latex (A) of enlarged polymer particles produced by this process; and a thermoplastic resin composition comprising the graft copolymer (B).
