The invention relates to a wiper blade with a head unit (1) for securing in a wiper arm, a pivot ridge (2) and a lip (3). The wiper blade is characterized in that the head unit (1) is made of a rigid halogenation-hardened polymer with a Shore A hardness of 60 to 85; the pivot ridge (2) is made of a comparatively soft elastic polymer which cannot be (substantially) hardened by halogenation and has a Shore A hardness of 50-75; and the lip (3) is made of a halogenation-hardened polymer with a Shore A hardness of 60-85. The Shore A hardness of the polymer used for the pivot ridge (2) should be at least two units less than that of the polymer(s) used for the head unit (1) and lip (3).
