    摘要： The invention is based on a wiper blade rubber (10, 40) comprising a head strip (12, 46) which has at least one seat (14, 44) for a spring rail (16, 42) and which is connected via a tilting web (18) to a wiping strip (20), wherein the head strip (12, 46) has a longitudinal channel (26) in the region adjacent to the tilting web (18). It is proposed that the longitudinal channel (26) have a substantially rectangular cross section whose longest extent extends approximately perpendicularly to the tilting web (18), wherein the elastic flexibility of the wiper blade rubber (10, 40) in a central position of the wiping strip (20) is greater than 0.075 mm given a loading of 17 N/m in the direction of the tilting web (18) and perpendicular to the bearing surface (56).

The Shore A hardness of the polymer used for the pivot ridge (2) should be at least two units less than that of the polymer(s) used for the head unit (1) and lip (3).

The inventive wiper blade rubber element (10) can be fixed to a wiper arm and has a head (12) for holding the rubber element (10) and a lip (14) which lies on the surface to be wiped. According to the invention, the lip (14) is connected to the head (12) by an elastic intermediate part (16). This intermediate part (16) is subjected to a force in accordance with the wiping direction of the wiper blade rubber element (10), said force acting exclusively on the intermediate part (16), so that the lip (14) is guided in the opposite direction to the wiping direction.
