The novel compound of the title of formula (I), in which Q1 is oxygen or sulphur, Q2 is oxygen or sulphur; R1 is hydrogen, hydroxy, amino, alkylidene amino or a possible substituted radical from the series alkyl, alkenyl, alkinyl, alkoxy, alkenyloxy, alkylamino, dialkylamino, alkanoylamino, cycloalkyl, cycloalkyl alkyl, cycloalkylamino, aryl, arylalkyl; R2 is possibly substituted heterocyclyl or heterocyclylalkyl; and R3 is a possibly substituted radical from the series alkyl, aralkyl, aryl, heteroaryl; and salts of compounds of formula (I), process and novel intermediate products for their production and their use as herbicides.
