An electromechanical device (1) is described, specifically an actuator device, comprising electrical components (7, 10, 11, 12) being subject to electric voltage, which are located inside a housing (2) near movable mechanical elements (3, 8, 9). According to the invention, the insulation of said electrical components (7, 10, 11, 12) from the environment is obtained through an expanding material introduced in said housing (2), specifically a silicone elastomer of a type suitable to reticulate forming a protective foam (S).
