The invention concerns a circuit for the switching of loads on the basis of an activated signal (INPUT - 5) with at least two connected series. Said connected series result from a logic circuit (3, 4) of controllable MOSFET-output stages (1, 2), by which the electricity supply to the series-connected MOSFET-output stage (2) passes over the first MOSFET-output stage (1). The invention also relates to the mutual monitoring of both MOSFET-output stages (1, 2) to disconnect short circuits by means of a provided connecting line (7) between the logic circuits (3, 4). An input voltage (EN) to the logic circuit (4) of the series-connected MOSFET-output stage (2) travels on said connecting line, thereby providing the average monitoring of electricity supply (LOAD1) in relation to the series-connected MOSFET-output stage (2). These means are activated through the activated signal (INPUT - 5) and prevent the turning on of the first MOSFET-output stage (1) if the electricity supply (LOAD1) is below a predetermined value (short circuit of the series-connected MOSFET-output stage (2)). Means are provided for the adjustment of the input voltage (EN) if the first MOSFET-output stage (1) is turned on by the activating signal (INPUT - 5). Also provided are means for comparing the input voltage (EN) and the electricity supply (LOAD1), whereby they prevent the activation of the second MOSFET-output stage (2) if the supply of electricity (LOAD1) exceeds a certain potential and the input voltage (EN) is below a certain potential (short-circuit of the first MOSFET-output stage (1)).
