The invention concerns a tyre with radial body ply reinforcement (1), with a crown ply reinforcement (3) comprising at least two working breaker strips (31, 33) made of inextensible cords, criss-crossed from one breaker strip to the other, characterised in that one additional breaker (32), axially continuous, formed of corrugated metal elements, oriented substantially parallel to the circumferential direction, is radially arranged between the working breaker strips (31, 33).
