The louver comprises a frame on which there are hinged slat-like flow-diverting plates (12) capable of being pivotally adjusted, ie. orientated by means of a slider arranged to slide longitudinally with respect to a support slat (5) on which it is mounted under interposition of a spacer (6) having a low coefficient of friction.
The spacer (6) acts at the same time both as a mechanical snap-on fitting member and as a sliding guide for the slider (3).
