摘要：
An intermediate flange (19) is formed on the outer peripheral face of an intermediate portion of a central part (18a) made of an insulation material and surrounding a connector (2). Insulating cylinder-side flanges (21), (21) are equipped at the rims of openings of an external semiconductor layer (13a), (13a) constituting insulating cylinders (20a), (20a) at the ends of cables (4), (4). The intermediate flange (19) is butted to the flanges (21), (21) via O-rings (25), (25) and joined.
