摘要：
A preparation in powder form for administration through mucosa, comprising a medicine of high molecular weight and a cationic polymer is disclosed.
By adding a cationic polymer (in particular, a copolymer of aminoalkylmethacrylate or polyvinyl acetal diethylaminoacetate) or a cationic polymer plus a viscous polymer to a medicine of high molecular weight for producing a preparation in powder form, it is possible to achieve effective absorption of the medicine of high molecular weight through mucosa.
