摘要：
The invention provides a method of recombining a plurality of parental nucleic acids, comprising:
hybridizing a library of oligonucleotides, synthesized to correspond to a plurality of parental nucleic acids, to at least one template nucleic acid;
extending the hybridized library of oligonucleotides with a polymerase; and,
ligating the resulting extended oligonucleotides with a ligase, thereby producing a recombinant nucleic acid.
