摘要：
The invention relates to a retarder system for utility vehicles, consisting of a transmission-oil circuit (18) for lubricating the transmission and a retarder coolant circuit (4), which uses the transmission oil as service fluid. The two circuits are coupled via a link (21) in such a way that transmission oil can be diverted from the transmission-oil circuit (18) when the braking action of the retarder (1) is not operative, in order to increase the flow of the transmission oil through a radiator (3). The invention also relates to a retarder pump (12) comprising a drive motor (25), preferably an electromotor.
