An attachable/detachable construction is employed between the outer peripheral surface (2) of the disk (1) and a wheel radial disk (3) or between the inner peripheral surface of the rim (12) and the elastic member (10) or in both cases. This ensures the permanence of riding comfort performance specific to an elastic wheel, vibration proof performance, and sound proof performance, and makes it possible to optimize such performances according to use even during use. Further, the mounting of a rim set and a core is facilitated and when rubber is used for the elastic member, rim-integrated vulcanization becomes unnecessary, thus making size reduction of the vulcanizing device possible.
