摘要：
The invention relates to a shower head containing a jet outlet element which is pivotally mounted in the shower head. The shower head is moved by a mechanism in such a manner that a guide journal facing away from the outlet opening is displaced along two closed circles that touch. At the location where both circles touch, the guide journal can be transferred out of one circle and into the other circle by means of a transfer device.
