The invention relates to novel substituted phenyluracils of formula (I) wherein R1 represents hydrogen, amino or respectively optionally substituted alkyl, alkenyl or alkinyl, R2 represents cyano, carboxy, carbamoyl, thiocarbamoyl or respectively optionally substituted alkyl or alkoxycarbonyl, R3 represents hydrogen, halogen or optionally substituted alkyl, R4 represents hydrogen, nitro, cyano, alkoxy or halogen, R5 represents cyano, thiocarbamoyl, halogen or respectively optionally substituted alkyl or alkoxy, and R6 represents an optionally substituted, nitrogen-containing, heterocyclic group which is bonded by N. The invention also relates to a method for producing said phenyluracils, the use of the same as plant treating agents, in addition to intermediate products and a method for the production thereof.
