The invention relates to a threaded mechanism with rolling bodies that comprises a spindle rod (1), a spindle nut (4) at least partially enclosing said spindle rod, and a number of interposed rolling bodies (3). The inventive mechanism is especially characterized in that the spindle nut (4) is provided with an axial and a radial bearing that is adapted to receive both tilting motions of the spindle nut (4) about its longitudinal axis as well as radial motions at an angle to its longitudinal axis.
