摘要：
The invention relates to a method for producing recombinant trypsin from the pancreas of a pig which is soluble in Pichia pastoris and secreted into the culture medium, whereby expression at pH 3,0 - 4,0 substantially prevents activation of trypsinogen into β trypsin and the autolysis of β trypsin by trypsin into⊂ trypsin and from there into inactive peptides.
