摘要：
The invention enables the expertise of machine producers to be rapidly brought to a machine (20) at any time. According to the invention, a host computer (host 8) is provided for the generation and provision of machine-related data and/or services, and a working computer (client 21), which is located on the side of the machine, is connected to the host computer by means of a data communication link (14). The machine status data can be detected by the working computer (client) in real time and transferred to the host computer, and the machine-related data, produced according to the machine status data, can be received by the host computer, by means of an analysis and evaluation unit.
