The invention relates to a clamping system (1) for a pre-tensing mechanism drive (35) wherein it is possible to obtain an automatic preliminary voltage of the traction mechanism (3). The clamping system (1) comprises a work eccentric (5) which can be rotate in a limited manner between two stops (26, 27) in relation to a base plate (8).
